Main Organizational Units

Executive Office

The organizational unit responsible for supervising all training and consulting operations, public relations, administrative and financial operations, marketing plans, and domestic services at worksites.

Operations Department

Responsible for managing and coordinating the entire training process, from receiving technical and financial proposals until the end of programs and issuing official certificates and documentations.

Public Relations Department

Responsible for logistical matters such as airport meet-and-greets for overseas guests, hotel and recreational contracts, and daily transport.

Marketing Department

The entity responsible for drawing marketing plans, publishing the annual training catalog, and communicating effectively with partner organizations locally and regionally.

Internal Services Unit

Responsible for preparing the internal work environment, providing snacks and light drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness and preparation of venues.

Office Coordinators & International Agents

A suite of approved agents and coordinators to organize our external activities across various Arab and international host cities.
