The Public Relations Department is characterized by being a process of mutual communication between several parties represented in the institution on the one hand and customers or audiences on the other hand, in addition to the media. The Public Relations Department aims to measure the opinions of the target audience or customers and plan interactive programs that include (receiving, receiving) and maintain the permanent link between the institution and the target audience as well. Public relations help to embody the credibility of a product or idea among the audiences, thus contributing to the formation of solidarity and achieving more creative cooperation and outstanding performance of common interests. The Public Relations Department aims to influence the target audiences or customers in terms of opinion, forming trends, and trying to persuade their target customers towards specific products or services provided by a company or institution. The Public Relations Department also makes the same efforts with the aim of forming specific trends towards an issue or a company.
