The Public Relations Department has also become one of the most important departments in contemporary organizations and institutions, where its performance is reflected negatively or positively on the reputation and image of the organization. The Public Relations Department is the link between the organization and its internal and external audiences, and therefore its responsibilities are clear beyond communication between it and its audiences, to focus on the mental image of the organization and its reputation with the audiences and draw plans to form this image at the internal and external levels for the success of its objectives
