Developing technical and legal skills in security investigations

Program Introduction

The participants will be introduced to the skills of administrative investigation, the drafting of the administrative decision, the meaning of the administrative decision and its pillars, the types of administrative decisions and their legal provisions, the rules of administrative investigations and how to detect administrative violations, the basics and principles of the public service, the disciplinary authority, and judicial control over the conduct of the investigation. The course will also include explaining the skills of administrative investigation, its controls, guarantees, provisions and how to conduct it. The course will also address the explanation and rooting of disciplinary violations and the disciplinary system in the laws of human resources and the civil service, the types of administrative decisions and how to develop the skills of drafting and preparing administrative investigations
