Al-Hindara is an Arabic word derived from the merging of the words (engineering) and (management of Al-Hindara or process re-engineering), a modern management concept that began in the early 1990s (1992). The results of a global survey of a large number of executives in international companies during the 1990s showed that Al-Hindara was at the top of the list of efforts made by various companies and organizations to confront the variables that are sweeping the global market. Suffice it to know that the total spent by US companies only for Al-Hindara projects during this decade exceeded fifty billion US dollars, which is a large investment made by companies convinced that the return on this investment will be much greater, which has already been achieved for many companies. The concept of reorientation means: starting again , that is, starting from scratch , not repairing and restoring the status quo , or making cosmetic changes and leaving the infrastructure as it was. It also does not mean tinkering with the holes of the systems in place to work better.
