Program Introduction

Strategic management of human resources means accepting and involving the human resources function as a strategic partner in formulating and implementing the strategies of the organization or company through human resources activities such as hiring, selecting, training and rewarding employees. It focuses mainly on human resources programs with long-term goals, that is, instead of focusing only on internal issues of human resources, the main focus is on addressing and solving problems that affect people management programs in the long term.
