Leaders in large and giant institutions need to follow up and evaluate the institutional and individual performance of those who are lower than them at the administrative levels in order to activate the strategic plans in their institutions. Among the most important relatively modern tools are performance measurement indicators and their administrative role in the efficiency of institutional and individual performance.
